Goal: The goal of this program is to show the likelihood of a disability and the impact that disability income insurance has on the lives of employees who become disabled. Hiring and accommodations options will be explored to assist human resource professionals to provide for a diverse workforce, including people with disabilities.

Program Description:
This cutting edge program is custom designed for human resource professionals to show the importance of including disability income insurance in the benefits package. Rossetti uses her own case study to examine the effects her disability had on her life, finances, and business.

Rossetti will give practical advice that will help participants assess the value of employing a diverse work force, including people with disabilities. Participants will be prepared to implement a program for hiring and accommodating a diverse work force.
