Train the Trainer: Transforming Subject Matter Experts into Trainers

Targeted Audiences: This training program is designed for corporations, organizations, agencies, and associations.

Duration of Program: Half day minimum. The training program can be extended to 1-3 days.

Goal: To equip trainers with proven strategies that will meet the communication goals necessary to transfer information to class participants.

Program Description: Subject matter experts need to be able to transfer their knowledge and experience to class participants. This training program will teach your subject matter experts how to be effective teachers. Proven teaching strategies will be shared in order to bring about effective learning.

3. Use modern teaching skills and techniques

Outline of the Program: The program is customized in order to transform trainers into better teachers. This will enable participants to communicate information more effectively and efficiently. Training methods include insight-oriented, high-energy, interactive teaching sessions that will motivate participants to achieve their highest potential. In the multiple day training programs, participants will be videotaped while demonstrating their training ability in front of their peers.
